Jeff Fisher's Future

With the black Monday press conference about to happen in 20 minutes, I wanted to quickly reflect on the future of Fisher with the Titans.
Fisher has been with the franchise now since 1994 and while sometimes change is good, I don't believe now is a good time. Yes we did have a 6-10 record, and yes the defense still struggled to stop opposing defenses, but Jeff had this team playing until the end. Had he beaten the Colts Sunday, I believe the overall perception of how he coached his team this year would be different. I could be wrong but who knows what goes through old man Adam's mind. The presser was moved from 4 to 4:30, does this indicate some coaching change? I think might, but not with the head coach as some might think.
